Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recip
- 2 cups flour, unsifted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana ( about 3 small)
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

•Lightly grease the bottom only of a 9 1/4 by 5 1/4 by 2 3/4 inch loaf pan.
•Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (180C)
•In large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
•Add butter, eggs and bananas and blend well on medium speed of mixer.
•Stir in l chocolate chips
•Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
•Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Let cool another 10 minutes longer before cutting.
