Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1 C flour - self rising
- 1 C milk
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cans (large) sliced peaches

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except butter and peaches. Melt butter and place in large bowl making sure to get it on the sides of the bowl as well. Next place peaches (liquid included) in the bowl. Cover with the batter. Put in a 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice-cream.
