No Bake Energy Balls
This simple and healthy little no-bake energy balls recipe is perfect for a delicious snack, breakfast, or even dessert!
- 1 cup oatmeal, if you'd like your oatmeal fine, put it in the blender first
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 45mins
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like.
Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
