- 3-4 tomatoes past their prime
- Olive oil
- S&P
- Brown Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cut tomatoes in fourths. Arrange on baking pan & sprinkle with S&P, olive oil & sugar . Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
