Tomato Candy


This recipe can be used as a base for a tomato bisque, marinara, tomato jam. Mix with mayo to make tomato aioli.

  • 3-4 tomatoes past their prime
  • Olive oil
  • S&P
  • Brown Sugar



Step 1

Cut tomatoes in fourths. Arrange on baking pan & sprinkle with S&P, olive oil & sugar . Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
