Ingredients
- Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake mix
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 3/4 cups Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Confectioners sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake mix, sugar, oil & nectar. Add eggs - 1 at a time. Mix completely.
Pour in cake baking pan & bake at 325 for 1 hour.
GLAZE
Mix Confectioners sugar and the lemon juice until soft consistency.
Pour over warm cake.
