Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Quaker Oats (quick or old-fashioned)*
  • 1/2 banana, peeled & sliced
  • 1/3 c nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c blueberries
  • 1/4 c strawberries, diced
  • 1 t almonds
  • 1 t seeds (chia or flax)
  • 1 T honey, agave or maple syrup
  • can also be made w/1/4c Quaker Steel Cut Oats

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare oatmeal as usual.
2. Layer oatmeal, Greek yogurt & fruit in a parfait bowl.
3. Top w/almonds, add chia or flax seeds as "sprinkles", & drizzle w/your choice of honey, agave, or maple syrup.
