Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 T cold butter, cubed
  • 11/3 c milk
  • 3/4-3 c br sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 c chopped apples
  • SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat to 350
Whisk flour, b powder, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbs.
Add milk and stir until moist.
Roll dough into a 18x12 rectangle. Sprinkle with br sugar and cinnamon to 1" from edges.
Top with apples.
Roll up jelly roll style and pinch
Cut into 12 slices
Place on greased 9x13 pan,
Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil whisking until blended
Cook 304 minutes, stirring. Pour over rolls
Bake 45-55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes
