Ingredients

  • 4-6 Baking potatoes
  • 1-2 cups of any kind of cheese
  • 3-4 slices of cooked and chopped bacon, if desired
  • salt and peper
  • 1/2 c. green onions, to top if desired
  • sour cream, to top if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Line your crockpot with two pieces of foil. (Cross them to cover the entire crockpot)
Slice the potatoes
Layer the potatoes on the bottom and sprinkle salt/pepper as desired.
Sprinkle desired amount of cheese and bacon.
Repeat layers until you reach the top.
Cover the potatoes completely with the foil and put on the lid.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve topped with sour cream, green onions and cheese, as desired.
