Ingredients
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 1 1/2 slices of bread)
- 8 medium, green onions, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can (14 3/4 oz) red salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 dill dip or make your own - 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream or 1/4 cup each with 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill.

Step 1
1. Stir together all ingredients except butter and dill dip. Shape mixture into 4 patties, using a heaping 1/2 cupful for each patty.
2. Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in butter 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until brown and cooked through. Serve with dill dip. (Note: Could serve on kaiser roll.)
