Ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey breast
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 T ketchup (low carb)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 med onion-diced
- 1/2 med bell pepper-diced
- 4 oz stuffed green olives-diced
- 4 T capers plus 2 T caper brine
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 T wheat bran (may be omitted)

Step 1
Combine turkey, black pepper, garlic powder and cumin in a bowl. Let set for 10 minutes. Cook the onion and bell pepper in the oil over med hi heat until the onions are clear. Add the turkey mixture and cook until the turkey begins to cook well. Add the remaining ingredients except the bran, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the bran. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
