Three Cheese & Spicy Sausage Baked Rigatoni

Ingredients
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Spicy Sausage Sauce
- 1 package (1 pound) rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with the cooking spray.

Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir the onion, sauce, rigatoni and ricotta cheese in a large bowl. Pour the rigatoni mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cover the baking dish.

Bake for 35 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
