Ingredients
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 C finely chopped celery
- 1 C margarine or butter
- 7 C bread cubes (crust off)
- 3 C finely chopped Granny Smith apples
- 3/4 C raisins
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1-1/2 tsp fresh (I think) sage
- 1 tsp fresh (I think) thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt the butter in a saute pan. Add onion and celery and saute until soft.
2. Combine onion mixture with all the other ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
