Banana Split Smoothies

This smooth and thick beverage tastes just like a banana split. A great way to get kids to eat their fruit. One cup equals 183 calories.

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries
- 2 T. honey
- 5 ice cubes
- Whipped topping, chocolate syrup and maraschino cherries

Step 1
In a blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Gradually add ice, blending until slushy. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with the whipped topping, chocolate syrup and cherries.
