Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1.5 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1-15oz can pumpkin
- 1.5 cup buttermilk
- 3 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 6 Tablespoons molasses
- 3 teaspoon orange peel
- 6 cups flour
- 2 tbls. baking powder
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp ginger
- 1. tsp cloves
- 1.3 tsp nutmeg or
- 3 TBS pumpkin pie spice
- Streusel Topping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed (light or dark brown)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional, can be left out if you do not want cinnamon flavor)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Bake at 375F for 18-22 minutes.
