Pumpkin Crunch Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can evap. milk
- 15 oz canned pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 sugar (may increase to 1 1/2 C if desired);(may use combination w/Splenda)
- 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and pinch allspice)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 – 2 C chopped pecans or walnuts – as much as you’d like on the top
- 1/2 - 1 C melted butter as much as desired

Preparation
Step 1
- Preheat oven to 350, spray a 13X9 pan
- Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, spices and pour into pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture
- Top with nuts; drizzle with melted butter
- Bake 50 min. until golden brown
- Serve warm or cold with Cool Whip
