Ingredients
- 6 ears fresh corn, cleaned
- 6 T butter, softened
- 1 t salt
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t fresh basil
- 1 t fresh thyme
- 1 t fresh parsley
- 1 t fresh rosemary
- 6 pieces foil big enough to wrap corn

Preparation
Step 1
Place one ear of corn on each foil. Mix remaining ingredients & rub into each cob. Wrap foil up & around corn & grill 15 min turning often. Keep foiled ears on ice until ready to cook. Sugar will turn to starch if it sits around.
Buy corn as fresh as possible. Recipe can be doubled or cut in half. Feel free to change herbs.
