Ingredients
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
- 1 can ( 4 oz ) chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1/4 chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 pound cooked peeled shrimp
- 2 tsp chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl combine salad dressing, honey, chilies, and green onion. Add shrimp, toss to coat and marinate for at least 2 hours. Before serving stir in cilantro.
In serving glasses or bowls place some lettuce, maybe even some cucumber slices, add shrimp mixture, add a little extra sauce on top and serve.
