- 60 * 60 ml water
- 224 * 224 g cream cheese
- 110 * 110 g brown sugar
- 1 * 1 drop vanilla essence

Directions
1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, or in the microwave, melt caramels with water, stirring frequently, until all lumps dissolved. Remove from heat.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in caramel mixture.
3. Can serve straight away or keep in the refrigerator for up to two days.
