roasted beets and sauteed greens

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of beets scrubbed and quartered
- 5 cloves of garlic peeled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbps. olive oil
- green tops from beets washed and stems removed
Details
Preparation
Step 1
put all ingredients in a piece of tin foil and fold up.
put on grill on medium for 40 minutes and pierce beets with fork to test for doneness. fork should easily pierce beets when done.
sauteed green tops in sauteed pan with garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
