  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 c Heinz cocktail sauce

Drain shrimp, rinse and chop finely. Mix with cream cheese, cocktail sauce and mayo. Chill. Serve with party crackers.
