Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs 3 oz each cherry gelation divided
  • 1 1/2 C boiling water divided
  • 2 C cold water divided
  • 1 can 15 oz pitted dark sweet cherries drained
  • 2 C whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl dissolve 1 pkg of gelation in 3/4 C boiling water. Add 1 C cold water stir. Refrig until partially set about 1 hr. Stir in cherries Pour into a 7 C mold coated with cooling spray Refrig for 1 hr or until firm
In a small bowl dissolve remainng gelation in remaining boiled water. Stir in remaing cold water. Refrig until partially set about 1 hr. Fold in whipping topping. Carefully spread over top. Refrig for 4 hrs or until firm Unmold onto a sering platter.
