  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 TBS tobasco brand green pepper sauce
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 2 TBS real bacon bits
  • 2 TBS finely chopped green onion
  • 1/8 tst freshly ground pepper
  • 4 silces crusty sourdough bread, toasted
  • 6 asparagus spears, blanched and cut in half lengthwise
