Ingredients

  • 2

    cups uncooked elbow macaroni

  • ¼

    cup butter

  • ¼

    cup all-purpose flour

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp pepper

  • ¼

    tsp mustard (dry)

  • ¼

    tsp worcestershire sauce

  • 2

    cups milk

  • 2

    cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 350 cook macaroni as directed on package while macaroni is cooking melt butter in a 3 qt saucepan over low heat, stir in dry ingredients cook for 1 minute, stir in milke heat to boiling, once it come to a boil stir for 1 minute, remove from heat and stir in cheese. Drain macaroni, stir macaroni into cheese sauce and then pour into an ungreased 2 qt casserole dish and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
