Lemon Lush

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 tbs sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1- 8 oz. package cream cheese( softened)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3 cups cold water
• 1 lg. package lemon instant pudding
• 2 tbs. lemon juice
• Container of Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

1Step. Combine melted butter, flour, sugar and pecans together. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. .Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.

2 Step Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese and sour cream, spread over baked crust.

3 Step Combine the cold water with lemon pudding and lemon juice, mix until set, then spread over the second step.
