Ingredients
- 1 Can Isabel solid light tuna in extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Guindilla pepper
- Idiazabel cheese
- Mixed greens
- Fresh parsley
- Olive Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Chop the garlic clove.
Slice the Guindilla pepper and Idiazabel cheese.
Mix the fresh parsely and olive oil in a bowl.
Warm the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic and sliced pepper. Cook until the garlic is browned.
Add four slices of cheese to a portion of mixed greens. Add Isabel solid light tuna. Top with garlic and pepper. Garnish with olive oil and parsley mix.
