Preheat grill to medium-high. Gently combine turkey, cheese, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Divide meat into 4 patties. Moisten a folded paper towel with oil. Grasp paper towel with tongs and rub oil over grill grates.
Cook burgers without moving until bottoms of burgers are brown and crusted (3 to 4 minutes); flip. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes more, or until burgers reach 165 deg internal.
