Ingredients

  • 8

    ears fresh corn, preferably cut off just-picked cobs

  • 3

    T chopped fresh dill

  • 3

    T snipped fresh chives

  • 1/4

    c toasted pine nuts

  • 1/2

    c freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2

    T white wine vinegar

  • 2

    T olive oil

  • salt and freshly ground pepper to tast

Directions

Mix ingredients in a large bowl and allow flavors to meld at room temperature for 2-3 hours
