Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 6 T flour
- 6 eggs
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 2 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple
- 1 loaf bread (cut into cubes -
- no crust)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar and eggs. Add pineapple & juice. Melt butter and add to bread. Add sugar & egg mixture to bread and mix. Butter 9x13 pan. Pour mixture into pan. Top with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350 deg. for 30 minutes.
