Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
- 2 6 oz Bags Corn Bread Stuffing
- 1 (2 sticks) cup Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Celery, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage, celery and onion in frying pan
Combine stuffing with butter and sausage,celery and onion mix
Stir liquid in gradually, blend lightly and spoon into a greased casserole dish
Bake covered for 30 min. at 350 degrees
Remove cover and bake 5- 10 min. longer for a crisper top.
Notes:
Can be made the night before
Option: Stuffing Balls
Using your hands, gently form the stuffing into 2 1/2″ balls and place them on a large nonstick or lightly greased sheet pan. Make sure there is at least an inch between each ball.
Note: compress the balls just enough to hold their shape.
Bake on the middle rack for one hour or until the balls are nicely browned.
Remove the pan from the oven and lightly brush each ball with the melted butter.
Serve and enjoy!
