    cup Sugar

  • 1 1/4

    Tbsp Salt

    cup Vegetable Oil

  • 3

    Eggs

  • 3 3/4

    cup Buttermilk

    oz Diced Shallots - sauteed

  • 1

    Diced Jalapeno - sauteed

Directions

-Combine dry ingredients. -Combine wet ingredients with shallots and jalapeno. -Mix wet and dry until just combined. -Spray pans, bake 350.
