- 1 TB. LEMON JUICE
- TO MAKE JUICE PLACE FRUIT CUT IN QUARTERS IN KETTLE AND COVER BOTTOM OF THE PAN WITH 1/2" WATER. BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES. PARTLY COOK AND PUT THRU A COLLANDER. STRAIN AGAIN THROUGH A DOUBLE LAYER OF CHEESE CLOTH
