Ingredients
- 8 -9 russet or Idaho potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 3 T butter
- 1 t garlic powder
- 4 + oz grated sharp cheddar
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
- Pam cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Mash potatoes. Mix with cream cheese, sour, cream, Dijon, butter & garlic leaving some lumps. If mixture seems dry, add more sour cream. Put in casserole, sprayed with Pam. Cover with cheese, then bacon.
Bake 40 at 320 if baking straight from the fridge or 35 min at 320 if room temperature.
