Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies

- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups corn syrup
- 4 cups peanut butter
- 1 box (16 ounces) corn flakes
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 10mins
Mix sugar and corn syrup together and bring to a boil. (Don't boil too long or cookies will be hard.) Add peanut butter to sugar mixture and pour over cornflakes which have been spread on a greased sheet pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
Optional: Peanuts or peanut granules can also be added to this recipe.
Cornflakes may be mixed into the peanut butter mixture and
then poured onto sheet pan, if desired.
This recipe may be adjusted to use less sugar and/or syrup.
