Ingredients
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- pinch fine sea salt
- 3 T good quality maple syrup
- 6 apples (we especially like Honeycrisps for this), cored

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, salt and maple syrup in a small bowl. Place apples in a baking dish and stuff each with an equal amount of raisin and walnut mixture. Bake until apples are soft, 35-45 mins, depending on what variety of apple you're using. Serve hot, warm, or at room temp, being sure to spoon the juice from the baking dish over the apples.
