Beef Ravioli in Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1-24 oz pkg frozen beef ravioli
- 2 T butter
- 1-8 oz package slided fresh mushrooms
- 3 green onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 t dried italian seasoning
- 1-10oz can diced mild tomatoes and green chiles drained
- 2 T chopped basil
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t salt

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare raviolo in large dutch oven according to package directions drain and keep warm. Melt butter in dutch oven over medium high heat. Ass mushrooms and next 3 ingredients sute over medium high heat 6 minutes oruntil mushrooms are tender. stir in diced tomatoes and green chiles basil and cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese add salt. Stir in ravioli tossint to coat.
