  • Ingredients:
  • 4 tilapia filets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • purple onion
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • salt
  • blk pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preparation:
Heat olive oil in pan, and sautee onion and garlic until golden.
Pour mixture in a baking pan.
Salt & Pepper both sides of the fish, lay the fish with the skin side up in the baking pan on top of the mixture.
Bake at 350* F for 12-15 min.

Prepare tahina:
Mix 1/2 cup of tahini paste (Joya)
1 cup of water
1 garlic clove
Juice from 1 lemon
salt
Taste and add ingredients as needed.


Finish by:
Pouring the tahini over the fish, cover and cook for 3 more mins.
