  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 Cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 Cup salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. THYME

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place, overlapping, in a greased casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter and oil. Brush the potatoes with the mixture and pour the rest over the top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with the garlic, salt and THYME. Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are browned and tender.
