Oyster Mushroom Fettuccini

  • 6 ounces oyster mushrooms (or a variety of mushrooms)
  • 1 package fettuccini
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 package sun-dried tomatoes - (3 oz) softened, minced


Servings 6


Step 1

Cook fettuccini according to package instructions.

In medium sauce pan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with hot, cooked fettuccini.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
