Ingredients
- 2 10 oz bag frozen leaf spinach
- 3 slices bacon, ground fine
- 1 small onion, ground fine
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw spinach and squeeze completely dry.
Grind bacon and onion very fine. Place bacon and onion in sauce pan and sautee until bacon is cooked. Stir in flour to make smooth paste. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil and then simmer 10 minutes over low heat, until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
Grind spinach very fine. Add to cream sauce and simmer 2-3 minutes until hot.
