Pork Chops In Sour Cream Gravy

  • 1/2 c sliced fresh mushrooms
  • or 1 c canned mushrooms
  • 1 tbls. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/16 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire saus
  • 1 tbls. flour
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/4 c dairy soured cream
  • paprika



Step 1

brown fresh mushrooms in butter in skillet if using canned ones add later remove mushrooms
and add pork chops brown well on both sides season with salt and pepper add l/2c
water,Worcestershire saus,mushrooms cover tightly and simmer over low heat 40 minut
minutes remove chops to a platter and keep warm mix flour and remaining l/2c water and
add to juices cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens reduce heat and simmer 5
minutes stir in sour cream serve over pork chops sprinkle with paprika
