Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1 package of bacon
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add milk, saltines, onion, salt, pepper and sage. Add ground beef. Mix. Form into loaf and put on ungreased pan. Mix ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce in another mixing bowl. Cover meat with 1/2 the sauce, save the rest for when you serve. Cover meatloaf with bacon strips. Bake for 60-65 minutes. Enjoy!
