    banana, frozen

  • 1

    cup vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    tsp honey

  • 1/8

    tsp nutmeg

Directions

Cut frozen banana into 3-4 chunks and peel. Place in blender with yogurt, cinnamon, and honey. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into glass and top with nutmeg.
