Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. cucumbers
• 1/8 lb. raw onions
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup miracle whip
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 tbsp. sugar
• 1/8 cup cider vinegar
• 3/4 tsp. dried parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and peel cucumbers, slice thinly.
Slice onions. Combine with cucumbers.
Combine sour cream, salad dressing, salt, sugar, vinegar and pasrsley flakes. Mix well.
Pour sauce over cucumbers and onions. Mix lightly.
