- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 5-ounce salmon fillets
- 1 orange juiced

Step 1
Preheat broiler or grill.
In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, molasses, salt and pepper; mix well. Put salmon in a large plastic bag and add citrus mixture. Seal and refrigerate for at least an hour. Place salmon on a broiling pan or cedar plank, skin side down. Broil or grill until crsip on the outside and flesh flakes easily, about 7 minutes in broiler per inch of thickness of fillets. Remove from broiler or grill and sprinkle immediately with orange juice.
