Pork Chops and Stuffing

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in center cut pork chops
- 1 T. oil
- 3 slices of bread, cut into cubes
- 2-3 T. chopped onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 T. water
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup water

Step 1
Brown pork chops and place in 2 qt.baking dish. Lightly mix together bread, onion, butter, 2 T. water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on top of each chop. Blend soup and water; pour over chops.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350.
