Ingredients
- Pie:
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 T. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- Pecan Topping:
- 3 T. flour
- 3 T. butter/margarine
- 3 T. chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, beat together sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg until smooth, about 4-5 minutes. Gently fold in blueberries.
Pour into pie crust, top with pecan mixture and bake at 400 for 25 min.
