- 4 squares bakers unsweetened baking choc
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup seedless rasp. jam
- 6 squares bakers semisweet baking choc. chopped
- 3/4 cup whipping cream

Step 1
350-30 to 35 minutes-line 13x9 pan w/foil-ends extending over and grease
mike butter and chocolate till melted 2 min.-stir in sugar-add eggs, vanilla, and mix well, stir in flour and spread in pan AND BAKE AND COOL THEN SPREAD JAM OVER- mike the choc and cream 2 min and spread over top-fridge 1 hour
