Ingredients
- 1 T. butter
- 3 T. chopped shallots
- 1 T. green peppercorns (drained and mashed)
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- 2 T. heavy cream
- 2 T. brandy

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. saute shallots and peppercorns for 2 minutes until soft.
Add broth, mustard, cream, and brandy. Cook at medium high for 5 minutes.
