Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Sliced Potatoes, not peeled
  • 1 Cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 Cup Heavy (Whipping) Cream
  • Salt as desired
  • 1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingrediants, place in a 13 x 9" baking dish

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 10 more minutes.
